Booked our holiday for Christmas with TUI £2600 each and went on Ryanair website to book our seats which cost up front £70.00 then last week TUI contacted us saying there was building work being carried out at the hotel we had booked and we could move holiday if we wanted seeing we were paying £2,600 each we moved to different hotel and location where we would not hear pneumatic drills !! We contacted Ryanair regarding our £70 which through no fault of our own we had to change flights . Ryanair said no refund we recommend not booking a TUI holiday if flight is with Ryanair how unfair to treat people like this !!!

Not only was my trip ruined but my terrible experience continues even a month later, since I had made several attempts to get refund for at least the ticket price (which is the absolute bare minimum a respectable company would provide refund for).

because they wpuld not refund us the UBER cancellation fee, even tho "their " driver was late.

A very poor service at the desk, we came early to the airport but couldn’t check in through the website! We are 6 and the website logs us out after 15 minutes, there were too many requested information so we had to pay 330 € extra for not checking in 2 HOURS before flight!!!! This is so ridiculous, BTW they didn’t give us a refund..

Ryanair would not issue a refund despite us all having Covid and not being allowed to Fly. Will never use again, what a greedy self serving opportunistic company they are.

I have just been told i have tested positive for Covid, so have to self isolate for 10 days, I spoke to Ryanair to ask for a refund, but they said no they could only offer me another flight but i had to take the flight in 2021, I have to self isolate until the 11th November, i dont know how i am going to recover from Covid, but after explaining all this, they told me i would have to use the flight this year, there are no exceptions.

After numerous emails trying to cancel the check in bag, poor customer service denies to refund me the service which I want to cancel and that I will not use.

They won’t refund my ticket but keep pushing for a voucher which o am not interested in .
