“NO OUR PURCHASE EXPERIENCE WAS NOT SATISFACTOY! THE CARPET DOESN'T LOOK, FEEL LIKE THE SAMPLE WE RECEIVED FROM SHAW. WE STILL WILL BE CONTACTING SHAW AGAIN....................NO ONE OTHER THAN RYAN'S EMPLOYEE'S HAVE EVALUATED THE CARPET. WE FEEL WE ARE DUE A MONETARY SETTLEMENT FOR THE DISSAFACTION WE HAVE EXPERIENCED. OBVIOUSLY A RYAN'S EMPLOYEE WILL NOT GIVE A FAIR ASSESSMENT OF THE CARPET. The two person crew that put in the vinyl flooring was able to get the job done in one day and it was a large space. I love the new flooring, it compliments the room and looks so clean all the time.
