“ love the sweater but didn,t like the logo on the front or the navy blue velvet strip on the back of the neck. I felt the dark colour on the pale pink sweater is bound to run into the sweater when washed . I sent it back on the 29th January but haven,t heard anything since . No refund so far. ”

“ The boots looked nice but we’re far too small , so That I couldn’t get my foot into them, I am a standard size but they are clearly not, You also use Evri who despite the fact we have a long drive decided to leave them in my recycling box outside in the road when it was pouring with rain , luckily the bag was plastic but they were sat in a pool of water, I am still waiting for my refund 7 days later ”

“ The jacket i ordered was a 16 i am a 14 but I always size up with coats this coat was very tight on arms and wouldn't meet in the middle by about 2 inches i can only deduct that it has been labelled wrong and I sent back over 10 days ago and still haven't heard from rydale or had a refund ”
