The boots were wide enough on the leg, but due to having a high instep I couldn’t get my feet into them. I have returned them but have not yet been refunded. Delivery was super fast but the returns procedure has been difficult and slow.

Dreadful customer service. I returned my order and had to chase up my refund. Got an email explaining how their returns department were valiantly trying to deal with the mountain of returns they receive. It was worded as though I should be grateful! Utterly bizarre and still no refund received weeks later.

Sadly due to having a high instep I couldn’t fit my feet in. Legs were lovely and wide but I just couldn’t get the angle to get my feet in. Returned the same day (9 days ago via DPD) but have heard nothing since, but probably slow on returns due to Christmas.

Should be no stars. Ordered the same pair twice. Each time the wrong size was in the box. The returns process is outdated and I had to physically take the boxes to the post office. Not worth the trouble they caused.

I ordered a hat, the size of the hat was smaller than what the website stated in its size guide. I went through the returns process, and was almost angry to discover that I had to pay £3 postage to return it (on top of the delivery postage). Not happy at all with this

Good fast delivery service but sizing of mens' moleskin trousers purchased was way out. Have previously bought size 34" at shows but these were huge. Returns service too expensive and too much hassle so gave them to my son-in-law. Disappointed and still trouserless!
