“I liked the company. Shipping was efficient and didn't take longer than I expected. The product itself, I'm happy with, but only because I got it at a clearance price. Had I paid full price for them, I would have returned them immediately. I bought the D-Mak Carbon Fibre - Black. While they are comfortable in the gym, they have virtually 0 ankle support despite being a high-top shoe. They are bulky, seem too flexible and weren't exactly what I was hoping for, but for the minimal price I paid for them, I felt they were good enough at that price point. All-in-all, they wear as if they're a bulky sock, whereas I was looking for a bit more stability. Again though, at the extremely deep discount I received due to clearance, I feel they are acceptable at that price.”
“Ordered the products, and they weren't shipped for 5 days. They have been since sitting in NJ. If you are going to keep sending emails for reviews, make sure the products are delivered first.”

“Not awesome. I ordered a size 8 and they shipped me a 9.5 - not an error on my end as it’s not even right next to the size 8 selection. Once I saw they were shipping a 9.5 I reached out and they said there’s nothing I can do except reject the package upon arrival - naturally, I wasn’t home when the package arrived. Now I’m stuck with these shoes and to top it off they are tiny, they fit like an 8.5 after trying them on……luckily I have a friend I can pass them onto but won’t be ordering again.”
“The sizing is a little off (big) and the bum scrunch is not as comfortable as it should be. It does suck they don't exchange/credit note if you buy from the outlet because now I'm stuck with two items I can't wear (it does say it before you buy it, but I hope they end up changing the "no returns" policy on that otherwise i wont have comfort in buying again).”
“The leggings arrived today Good packaging I was not aware from the photo that they said Ryder wear down the front. I purchased these for my wife for golf leggings in the shoulder seasons and love the color and with the design ( scrunch butt ) they will look nice walking hole to hole ..to be honest I would have gave 5 stars if not for the unnecessary lettering”
“Very grateful on accepting a return for me and providing a label. I am usually very happy with Ryderwear clothes and yet to return anything as my first time in years I have been wearing the brand. It almost looked like I was sent men sweatpants. I paid afterpay and the email said a refund would be provided but now its a store credit and I still have to pay the balance. Little frustrating on being told something different on my end. - you state in your reply a refund was not said in my email. In my shipping label email from omniparcel Ryderwear stated " Please allow 5-10 business days once the item is delivered to process the refund. " maybe you should say store credit.”

“I like Ryderwear. Its great quality on most products. Some are just from my personal opinion not comfortable through itchy seems or seems that don't stretch like the material does. What's a big no go is the return fees you have to pay by returning items. Its cheaper to keep it instead of sending it back. the company needs to make clear that the return address is in Australia, meaning you have to ship oversees with a huge return fee.”
“I LOVE ryderwear and their products. Their customer service is also fantastic. Where they completely fall short is shipping. The last 4 orders I have done, it’s been 12-16 days to receive my packages. They come from Indiana to Vermont which I’m the bigger picture is a 13 hour drive. A week would be respective at most, but 2+ weeks has been insane. They should look into a new shipping company that’s not newgistic!”
“Customer service was great! I can’t understand where the address/shipping problem is though. Twice, a package was delivered to an incorrect apartment number even after the customer service representative confirmed my address. It still appeared wrong on the label and I never received my packages. I did however get a refund, thank you for that.”
