“Very fast deliveries But size is very small for xl..I'm normally a large size so went up a size just in case but they were too small. Given unfortunately you have no returns I have to order again the same product in another size up which is disappointing. Not 15min after I order the replacement here comes a $20 voucher???? Not very well timed I'd say. Overall good products Great materials good delivery But sizing is definitely out of wack Shoes were my normal size but half a size to large pants were probably a size to small and hoodie was just right. Sounds like goldilocks and the 3 ryderwear items.... Would order again now that roughly know sizing but exchange policy is a bit off .. just saying thanks”

They didn’t understand what was wrong with the email link for inquiries about missing/late orders (so maybe don’t use that!), but they otherwise pleasantly and promptly remedied the situation and now I have the best workout leggings in my collection. They are high quality, beautiful clothing. (Original review) My order, which I placed over a month ago, never arrived. I contacted Ryder twice at the email address they provided for problems, and they have not contacted me back. It’s looking like I’m getting neither leggings nor customer service. Purchase from Ryder at your own risk.”
“DHL charged me duties (from Canada) and after discussing with Ryderwear they refunded my PayPal. I shouldn't have been charged these duties. PayPal now has it on hold and took a few for it so I'm not even getting my full refund.”
