“This company answers its telephone within 5 rings. They ring back when they say they're going to. They see to make every effort to fit in short notice (even last minute) requests and changes to the schedule, with no fuss and no complaint. For me, they packed the partially pre-boxed contents of a flat where I have lived for nearly 50 years (a lot of stuff, in other words!) and moved it from Central London to a country town nearly 80 miles, where they unpacked into several locations, reloaded with different items - including heavy furniture and re-delivered all that to two London addresses. No losses, no breakages (despite having 20 boxes of glassware) - and best of all nothing but good attitude. One word of caution to people used to a more leisurely pace: keep your essential documents, medicines - even keys - close at hand, or you will find that they have been packed before you can blink, and you might spend the next three months looking through 50 boxes labelled "papers" or "desk" before you see them again. My vanishing driving licence is a good illustration. Five stars for a young firm willing - and it seems able - to please.”

“Prompt arrival - made me feel confident in their ability to manage everything. A very small amount of damage to a sofa base (almost insignificant) but Piano perfectly clean and unmarked which is notoriously difficult to move. Overall friendly and well managed service. New neighbours commented on how quiet they were. Good sense of humour which helps reduce the stress too! Well done team.”

“Safe Removals saved our move. On arriving at our new flat, we discovered that the lift was out of service. Safe removals agreed to carry all our furniture and boxes up 6 floors. Amazing professionalism, flexibility and hard working staff. Kamil, Peter and their boss Alex are highly recommended.”

“I would like to thank Safe Removals for the great service received during this move. The removers arrived in good time, were very friendly, professional, and courteous, and engaged in small talk; making a boring and arduous task an enjoyable one. They were also very careful with the materials, meticulous with details, and cleaned up after finishing the job (which included disassembling and reassembling furniture) Once again, many thanks for the service and I will be recommending this company to any friends and family that require a removals service.”

“The team sent to me to undertake packing and removals were absolutely excellent. They were extremely careful with my belongings, really polite and efficient. They completed the job from start to finish in under 3 hours and worked hard and conscientiously throughout. I would not hesitate in recommending them as they were truly fantastic”
