“The audit process can be quick stressful making sure you have everything, however the staff don't make you feel stressed at all and are incredibility helpful and friendly. A pleasure to deal with, thank you.”

“Great Service, however I would like to get a advance email reminding me that the online workbook is available for submission at least 8 weeks prior to the deadline rather than 4 weeks which makes it very tight to meet.”

Thanks for your review. Our submission portal is available all year so we recommend uploading your updated documents throughout the year to make these readily available. This will help with speeding up the accreditation submission process when the audit questionnaire is released 30 days before expiry. Congratulations on your accreditation!

“Very good. The auditor Ben was very patient whilst we collated more information and was very helpful in asking for the examples of information he required. It took some time as it was during the holiday period and people who could help were away.”

“Can't really fault anything. It was a pretty straightforward, self explanatory process. Some questions were slightly confusing but the information icon provided gave helpful information as to what was required for the specific sections. Overall, it was an easy process.”
