“It needed to be made more interesting .We are Retail and the whole test had very little to do with Retail.We need to see situations that are relateable to us.It was just alot of reading and listening.”

“I fell asleep 6 times due to the boring nature of the material ! Also a redundant rehash of the 37 other safety course I’m required to have . The fact that people pay for this tragic waste of our precious time shows the currently pathetic state of our society ! Cheers”

“The training itself is very good!! However found several resources missing through several courses. I submitted a list to help correct this. The resources are an important part of the training in my opinion.”

“Would have been helpful to have resource material to reference after the course. Competitors usually provide a manual of some sort for easy reference. Please let me know if I just missed it.”

“My certificate from the previous coarse had and expiree date of 2022-05-07and yet the email I received said I that my coarse was set to expire 2021-11-28. I think this was just a money grab. Not impressed.”
