“Many course slides had far to much information on them - should have been short bullet points to deliver crucial content. Voice over sometimes made it difficult to follow along. Didn't always look like a professionally completed training program but rather an internal power point presentation.”

“The online course content was very useful and the new material was covered adequately, but it was all just lots of words on plain/simple slides with narration. It would have been helpful to have even some small visual variations in the presentation to help hold my attention while listening.”

“Thrilled that I could do this online, at home & at my own pace. The online course was very user friendly once I got the old laptop out and updated the flash player. I would prefer they were Apple device compatible.”

“I though the course content was very thorough. In my opinion on-line courses enable you to learn at your own pace, meaning if you don't quite understand part of it you can go back and read it or listen to it again, instead of rushing through it to keep up to everyone else, and then you end of missing a vital part of the course.”
