I found the course impossibly slow, and progress was difficult at best. Intro page’s were unnecessary and time consuming. With no ability to skip through extensively long cover page’s that had no learning value. As far as the content went, I was impressed with the info given. Thanks Billy Clark

The testing took up way too much time, it was not applicable to my daily life in the office and it continually repeated the same information. I am the JOHS rep because no one else in the office would be and I didn't appreciate how much time I had to invest into the training.

The course crash three times and I would have to restart from the beginning. Also the point and click portions of the course were terribly off alignment.

The audio quality and delivery made the course difficult to sit through. Some slides skipped through very quickly but needed a plethora of notes, while others stayed on screened for long periods but did not have much on them. More time writing than listening to the information, perhaps a pre-print out of the slides in a work book would have been of benefit. Then the student could make notes on the slides and highlight pertinent information instead of writing without listening.

Online training needs to be much more engaging than simply reading the text on each slide. I could have printed off the slides and read them and completed the course much faster than listening to someone else read them. The content was fine but throw in some graphics, real world examples and such to keep people engaged.

The delivery was very dry and not very engaging. The inability to read the slides on my own and listen only was frustrating as I can learn better reading myself. And finally making this course mandatory and charging members $100 was not good especially for organizations who already know most of this information. Companies with little knowledge of the OHS changes would benefit.

Not to be shared with the Author! The person narrating the course is not a good public speaker and many people have told me how hard it is to make it through this course due to the monotone voice. Content is excellent.

Poorly put together course. Way to long. Does not help me as an operator. Too much useless information. Unless a person has taken this course before trying to find the resources to do the tests is a difficult processs. Needs to be more relevant for the job I do.

I would like to offer the following: I found the PowerPoint presentation was very difficult to follow - it was distracting with the major amount of voice over reading taking place. It might be advisable to hire a professional voice over person or computer generated voice to read the presentation. I can’t help but feel the speed at which the voice reading occurred added a great deal of time to the entire process. The technology used in developing this presentation seemed very outdated and unprofessional for the fees charged. I did learn some details in the upcoming protocol changes.

Although it was somewhat informative, I found the quality of the narrative very poor and unprofessional

The questions where you can "select all that apply" needs to be improved. I had to open my module (5) during the second and third time through my tests and I was selecting the correct options, word for word, and couldn't get the question correct. There were around 3 or 4 questions like this.

The speaker delivering the material was dry and often made grammatical errors. She was not clear when delivering the material.

Many course slides had far to much information on them - should have been short bullet points to deliver crucial content. Voice over sometimes made it difficult to follow along. Didn't always look like a professionally completed training program but rather an internal power point presentation.

Speaker was difficult to follow and monotone. The speaker would stop during a sentence and then start back up without warning.
