“I found the course very thorough but also very long. Definitely had a lot of information stuffed into this course. But thorough is what really matters at the end of the day. So it was very informative for sure. I do prefer in class training, but unfortunately that was not possible during these unfortunate times. Thank You for having the course available. It was very much appreciated !”

“The majority of the information was good. Unfortunately, this information does not pertain to Retail as it was more geared to Industry settings. I did find the information on workplace Violence and Harassment was relatable to a retail setting. Most of the procedures are implemented at a higher level in the company than are passed down to the stores .”
