“The majority of the information was good. Unfortunately, this information does not pertain to Retail as it was more geared to Industry settings. I did find the information on workplace Violence and Harassment was relatable to a retail setting. Most of the procedures are implemented at a higher level in the company than are passed down to the stores .”

“This course was fantastic. It was quite thorough. I really enjoyed my experience, walking me through the whole process. It could have had harder questions for the testing and because you can take the test multiple times, I could see how it would make it easy to cheat if someone were so inclined. Not that I did of course. Tip to someone taking the course, properly.. take lots of notes.”
