“The course material is good. The exercises for practice are very hard to do in some businesses. In my own work place it is not exactly how they explained in the course and therefore made it hard to complete and experience the activities. I can’t say I’m really prepare to be more safe in my workplace. I don’t really understand my role for my own workplace in a retail / food service environment.”
