“I would like to offer the following: I found the PowerPoint presentation was very difficult to follow - it was distracting with the major amount of voice over reading taking place. It might be advisable to hire a professional voice over person or computer generated voice to read the presentation. I can’t help but feel the speed at which the voice reading occurred added a great deal of time to the entire process. The technology used in developing this presentation seemed very outdated and unprofessional for the fees charged. I did learn some details in the upcoming protocol changes.”
