You can taste and see how it's made by professional sushi experts. And i am a sushi connoisseur. You can get it made fresh, or if in a hurry, pick up already mades in the cooler facing the sushi bar. It's so good that it's delicious a day or 2 later. That's saying a lot! Yum”
