As a frequent shopper, I've recently experienced some frustration with Saks Fifth Avenue. One significant issue is their return policy, which includes a returning fee. This additional charge feels unnecessary and leaves a sour taste in the mouth, especially when compared to other retailers' more customer-friendly return policies.
Moreover, the limited accessibility of Saks Fifth Avenue stores adds to the inconvenience. With only one location in Illinois, it's not always convenient to visit in person, especially for those who live farther away from the city.
While Saks Fifth Avenue offers high-quality products, their return policy and limited presence in certain areas leave much to be desired in terms of customer satisfaction. Hopefully, they'll consider revising their policies to better accommodate their customers' needs in the future.”

“Saks Fifth Avenue has the worst customer service I have ever experienced. I purchase a pocketbook for $248 for my daughter 2/9. It was delivered 2/14 and by 3/10 it the strap was starting to fall apart. I called customer service and spoke to a rep who said he would send me an email and I could pictures of the bag. He said I had a few options, I could keep the bag at a discount or return the bag. I never got an email from him, so I called back today, 3/22 and was told because it was outside of the 30 day return window, there was nothing they could do. I asked to speak to a supervisor who told me the same thing, so I asked to speak to his supervisor. I was transferred to Christopher, who eventually offered a 10% discount. $24.80 is unacceptable and borderline disrespectful. Life is hard enough and I could have and should have spent my money somewhere else. The return policy needs to be adjusted in cases of defective items. Nordstom offers a 90 day return policy. I will never purchase another thing from this store and will be closing my account!”

However, despite multiple checks with PayPal and direct communications with the company, I have yet to receive my refund. Both entities claim that a refund was processed, but my account tells a different story. It's disheartening to see that not only am I out of pocket for the cost of the shoes, but the shoes themselves are no longer in my possession. Buyers should exercise caution when dealing with this company, as their practices have proven to be questionable in my experience."”
“DO NOT SHOP THERE! It used to be a trustworthy store/website but not anymore! I returned pants and email stated that a refund will take up to 7 days. I didn’t get my money back and didn’t get any response to my emails. So I chatted with representative and she told me it will take up to 14 days. 14 days passed and nothing. I chatted with another representative who told me up to 21 days. When I brought up the previous story he just repeated himself like a robot that it will take up to 21 days.
The pants I’ve got was the last one, they put it back on their website in the same day as they got it back but didn’t proceed with the refund.”
“The expensive, alpaca wool coat l ordered arrived in a smallish package, therefore l had to hang it for 2 days to see the full potential. Unfortunately, it wasn't to my particular taste so l returned it. It's taken from online purchase on 29/12/17 until refund into my bank on 16/2/18!”
