“i just want to comment on your sales and marketing taking the asty option by advertising your Christmas event on face book. There were hardly any adverts in store yet the event has "sold out£". Very disappointing for the everyday shopper who goes into Roys store 5 days a week but cannot attend the event as did not see any leaflets!!”
