Booked to have eyebrows and nails done at the end of the month for my holiday booked at beginning of August just incase any problems and low and behold get a text message today to say that the woman who I was booked in with on the 26th August is leaving and they have booked me another appointment for 1st September which is no good as I go on holiday 28th August to then phone up and get told they will message other staff members to see if they can fit me in and they would ring me back and they haven't so now left trying to find another salon. Not great service will not risk using them again as this happened to me before when they were owned by someone else so I thought this time it would be different but looks like it isn't.

Ordered this last minute to take on holiday paid next day delivery. As I wasn’t in when Royal Mail delivered I had to go on holiday without items. Only just got the parcel today after driving to Royal Mail and paying a further 90p to park. So expensive delivery. Annoying thing is I have a safe place to leave parcels. Don’t know why companies bother with Royal Mail.

Thank you for your review. We are disappointed to only receive 2 stars, Your parcel was delivered within the estimated time-frame however nobody was available to accept the delivery. Unfortunately it is at the postal services discretion to leave a parcel in a safe place and in this instance they opted to hold it at your local postal office for collection.
