“We made an order for some clothes for a present to one of our friends. When she told us she would prefer another thing, the same day we ordered, we wrote the company to cancel it but they told us we were already late.
After this, the order took 2 weeks & a half to arrive (not fast at all). The worst is that when we tried to do the return and claim the money back, we paid for the return ourselves (they are not covering it), the shipping company left it in a nearby point cause they were not present, however the pick up was 2 minutes away by walking from the delivery address, we wrote them and they did not even try to get the return. Now the goods are lost totally because of their awful service. Customer attention is awful and i would never recommend to buy them. The quality was neither so good to deserve the money.”
