I could rave more about the SAMi. We had a small issue with it after the first few months of it and customer service helped out immediately, emailed and called to troubleshoot. I have never felt so taken care of by a company, which I am eternally grateful for considering how important the SAMi is in our household. My son (four) even reminds us to make sure it’s working before he goes to bed.

We feel much safer at night having a SAMi camera monitor our son. We are finally getting some much needed rest. I love looking through the videos in the morning and knowing I can assess the content and send to the neurologist if needed. The picture is clear and although we are still learning how to adjust the settings and alerts, their customer service and troubleshooting guides are phenomenal.

Peace of mind!
After sleeping for 2 years with my daughter in my bed, I am finally getting good nights sleep thanks to SAMi. The camera alerts me if she has a seizure or she moves for more than a few seconds (you set up the threshold).
Customer service is also amazing. They sent me a replacement camera when I had some issues.

I purchased the Sami-3 camera 8 months ago to monitor my epileptic son while sleeping. It occasionally had wifi connectivity issues that had gotten worse over time. I contacted customer service and they had me try a few fixes that were unsuccessful. They sent me a replacement camera and it works flawlessly!! Great product and awesome customer service. Highly recommended!
