“Customer service was awful to resolve a problem. Missing items from my delivery and they said it wasn't their tape on the box so it had been damaged in shipment. However, their tape was not put on the box properly in the first place. Took them over a week to resolve. So much for a "fast" turnaround.”
“These were not what we wanted at all. The color did not match, and the coloring of the sign did not go to the edge. We couldn't use them, and when I requested a refund/or some sort of samples based on the colors I got no response.”
