“Our Sanicompact WC has stopped working after 3 years and little use. Warranty lasts for 2 years.
Call out fee is £143 for our nearest local engineer who is 1 hour away. Call out fee covers 15 minutes travel time and 30 minutes on the job. Any extra time is £30 per hour and they don’t carry spare parts. I would not recommend this product at all”
