“Terrible Experience: Unreliable Service and Poor Communication
I have been a loyal customer of Asopalav, regularly purchasing clothes for weddings and other ceremonies. Unfortunately, my recent experience during my own wedding has been nothing short of disastrous.
I ordered three dresses from them, all carefully chosen to match the wedding theme. While they delivered two dresses, they canceled the third without any prior notice. I only found out about this when I reached out to them regarding other issues. Despite my repeated attempts to get updates, their communication was non-existent, leaving me in the dark.
As a bride, this negligence has caused immense stress just days before my wedding. The canceled dress was meant to match the groom and bridesmaids, and now I am left scrambling to find an alternative. To make matters worse, their customer service has been unhelpful and has offered no resolution.
This experience has convinced me to never shop with Asopalav again, and I will be urging my friends and family to do the same. Additionally, I am considering legal action because the stress they have caused is unacceptable. Asopalav should be ashamed of their service and the way they treat their customers.”
