“I purchased x3 packs of Sass & Belle baubles via Amazon x1 directly from Sass & Belle and x2 from a third party. I wrote to Sass and Belle directly to complain as there was a fault with the baubles where the top of the ornament did not hold the weight of the bauble itself - as I result all the loops were still in situ but multiple bauble bottoms fell off the tree and smashed. All I received was a bland response about how they were glass and couldn't help me.
They are the manufacturer of this item, the bauble should be able to hold it's own weight, this is just not acceptable. This is a design flaw and manufacturing fault. They are simply not fit for purpose and their unprofessional 'customer service' is shockingly awful.”
