Subject: Urgent: Request for Rescheduling Flight and Compensation for Inconvenience Dear Customer Support Team, I am writing to express my dissatisfaction with the recent experience I had with Serene Air regarding my flight booking. I had booked a ticket with Serene Air, which was subsequently canceled by the airline. After the cancellation, I was informed that I could either request a refund or reschedule to a future flight. I opted to reschedule the flight as per the instructions given by your team. However, despite multiple attempts to contact your customer service number since then, I have not received any response. I kindly request your immediate attention to this matter. Please confirm the rescheduled flight details at your earliest convenience. If I do not hear from you within the next 48 hours, I will have no choice but to seek legal recourse for the inconvenience caused over the past two days. Very inefficient customer service staff start chat with them @ 5 pm & at 6 pm today they told your airline website is crashed.as i was operating from the other end on the airline website,Everthing was working perfectly

The airblue have no baggage in ticket it mean I will go alone, Otherwise handbags are allowed are not

Hi Aziz. Thank you for reaching out to us, the fare you are selecting on our website is Flexi in which you are entitled to carry 20 KG Baggage and 7KG hand carry. Whereas, if you have purchased Value fare from Airblue or going to purchase from sastaticket.pk then it does not allow any baggage other than 7KG hand carry Regards, Team Sastaticket.pk
