Hi Sajawal, No withholding tax is charged, but there are different kinds of airline taxes which are already included in the fare, also sastaticket charges its service and merchant fee is charged by your bank depending upon your mode of payment

I received one of female agents call but to see her reaction I don't think you people are going to sort issue I booked through sasta ticket event airlines cancel tickets on request now you have to contact related flight if you can't extend date then refund as it is mentioned on ticket refundable

Very inefficient customer service staff start chat with them @ 5 pm & at 6 pm today they told your airline website is crashed.as i was operating from the other end on the airline website,Everthing was working perfectly
