“Item of bad quality and over priced, not enough information about returns, but after giving them a call, they were polite and helpful. The refund was in my account in a few days.”

“I bought two items. The items were delivered in good time. The prices were consistent with other providers. The items were used ONCE and tghe next time we tried to use them (two weeks later) they DIDNOT work. We changed the batteries but still neither worked.”
