“When you make your first purchase, it signs you up to their Membership which costs £50pm. It is not clear at all that this will be charged. To cancel it, you have to call up. It took me over 2 hours to cancel it. A total scam. It relies on people not realising or not having time to call up.”
“I purchased a bra in November 2019 and was happy with the product itself, but was unaware that I had automatically been signed up to the VIP membership program. Over the course of the next few months I was billed £49.95 every month, without me realising. I then contacted Savage x Fenty to ask them to cancel my membership, but it wasn't done properly and I was charged again the next month.
I get it. It's a business strategy make more money and to essentially trick people. It's smart, but also really upsetting and disappointing. I've lost upwards of £200 for something I never wanted in the first place.”
