“The actual training day was excellent. Very informative and helpful. The practical opportunities were very beneficial and times to ask questions. It could have been a shorter day, perhaps if we had read the slides ahead of time then had more of a question, practical and assesment focus on the day. I had to wait longer than expected for the certificates and am still waiting on manuals to arrive. That has been frustrating.”
