“So Evri delivered to my CLOSED place of work Friday night and after 5 days of live chat and emails Savers have basically said tough luck, I'm now out £113 and they think I'm just going to accept this. Pathetic company and even more useless customer service. Oh and good luck getting any sort of manager to contact, they hide behind the poor customer service.”
“My father went into the new shop savers in rosehill for the first time. He went to register no one was there, when he did finally see someone he was moaned at and the guy completely rude. When my father said he would complain, the guy said he didnt give a sh*t and the manger didnt offer no help. Tried to complain else where but didnt get anywhere so im just coming here to warn people.”
“I like to make a complaint ......!!!!!!!!!!!!!

“Tried to order some Vit C Tablets on the 19th June. The payment page froze each time so I gave up. Then found I have had 3 transactions of £23.89 taken from my account. Contacted Savers.co.uk by email support ( No telephone number which should have been a bit of a reg flag) and was told they have no orders from me and no payments received. I contacted my bank and they confirmed all 3 had been authorised and not just in 'pending'. I emailed savers.co.uk screenshots of my bank app to show 3 cleared payments. They stopped responding and are not actioning any refund. I had to contact Mastercard to start 3 chargebacks and send them over the emails showing savers brushing the issue away. Save your time and money and shop elsewhere.”
“The YORK branch always reeks of sweat which is pretty ironic to say it’s a health and beauty store. Don’t get me wrong I get it’s warm but my eyes are watering as soon as I walk in.”
“I ordered various toiletries on the 8th of December which should have arrived 12th December only to be told l would receive an e mail the next working day about delivery l have not heard anything since Sunday it is now Tuesday night and still no e mail can you help
Mrs Nelson”

Looks like I've lost my money and not received any goods customer service unhelpful”
“Hi I had a big order online, approximately £80 where some items weren't delivered as advised. I have raised the concerns with Savers but unfortunately 3 months later I have not received any resolution. Customer service not customer oriented, will definitely not order anything in the future”
“So purchased some items online (first purchase from them this way) and sat back waiting for the delivery. Yesterday (6th Jan) I got an email from Hermes saying the package would be delivered that afternoon. Just after got another email saying that the driver had a problem delivering to my address - I know my local guy - and he knows where my house is. The message gave no further information. Today 7th Jan I contacted the live help on their (Savers) web site and communicated with "Sophie". So just to be clear I bought from Savers they engaged Hermes so at a contractual level I have a contract with Savers and they have a contract with Hermes. I do not and have never had (as far as this purchase goes) a contract with Hermes. They - Savers - chose Hermes not me. I am simply a Savers customer, end of. Clear, well to me it is crystal. So back to "Sophie". Basically she and therefore Savers want me to contact Hermes to establish what is the problem. I pointed out the contractual bits above but she said still my problem. NO IT IS NOT. IT IS A SAVERS PROBLEM. I have now emailed Doug Winchester and am awaiting a reply but having seen other negative reviews I doubt that will happen so I will be emailing their owning Chinese Group CEO later today. It's not about the money as I will simply ask for it back and they are obliged to give it including under the Consumer Rights Act the Postage. It is about shockingly poor customer service when things go wrong. So if you buy from hem and it all goes OK then you'll be happy be if they go wrong don't expect any help from them. They wouldn't know good customer service if it bit them on the backside.”
“I visit Savers (Wednesfield) every week. The staff are very helpful and polite. Paul and Hayley are two of the most professional staff, brilliant customer service skills.
I have visited other Savers (Wolverhampton and Willenhall), but by far Wednesfield is the best.
Savers provide quality items at a good price, and what more can you ask for, especially when there are smiling, welcoming, professional staff. They are a credit to Wednesfield and Savers.”
“If you’re looking to keep costs down, (and the whiff of a few teenagers ????) then this is a helpful place to go. It’s not accessible in a wheelchair but that’s not their fault. The staff are always friendly and more than happy to help out.”
