“I’m very disappointed with how this order arrived. Regardless of whether these were intended as a gift or for personal use, a package should arrive in good condition. The box I received was crushed, torn open, and looked like it had been handled extremely poorly.
Honestly, it looked like someone had already worn them, shoved them back into the box, and then the box was sat on. That is not the condition a new product should arrive in.
I did try to resolve this properly by reaching out to customer service and sending photos before leaving a review, but I have not received any response.
Customers expect new products to arrive in proper condition. Unfortunately, this experience has been very disappointing, especially with the lack of response after I tried to contact support.”
“Horrible experience. Did not properly designate final sale items. They all fell under their 4th of July sale and it was not clear it was a final sale. Product showed up and they did not fit like any other 7inch seam swimsuit or short I own or have purchased from Saxx. Material was scratchy and uncomfortable.”
