“They send two putty kits and the first one solidified too quickly while I was fitting it in the retainer and the second one they said didn’t show my upper gum line enough. Had to order more and it cost for both the putty and shipping. They sent four putties this time and they wouldn’t solidify at all so I had to email them. They said it was a manufacturing issue. They sent out two more and it took a couple of weeks. I sent an impression back and it took another month. They did not send a confirmation of shipping for the finished bite guard. It arrived and does not fit and I didn’t send my impressions this time for approval because I knew exactly what I did wrong before and this whole process took long enough already so I don’t get a replacement or refund. Just wouldn’t mess with them and the headache and the fitting. JS Dental was a much better experience. The hybrid hard bite guard I ended up getting is a pretty thin hard one anyways.”
