They don't verify email addresses so it was simply another subscription created that they linked to my bank account. Of course I had not received any emails about this subscription because the incorrect email address did not exist...
So a typo has cost me just over SEK 1,300. Of course, the customer service writes that it is my fault. Too bad!”
“Jag gjorde en beställning för piprensare för två år sedan på Sayve (som jag hittade genom google search). Idag märker jag att jag har sedan dess betalat 129 kr varje dag för ett abonnemang jag inte har skrivit under eller ens vetat om att jag haft. När jag söker i min inkorg så kan jag bara hitta orderbekräftelse på köpet och ingen information kring ett abonnemang eller avtal.
Jag kommer inte heller ihåg att de hade någon tydlig information kring att man ingick i ett avtal om man köpte produkten. Jag har alltså köpt ett paket piprensare för 29kr och betalat 3483kr i medlemsavgift för en tjänst jag inte visste att jag hade eller som jag ej har använt.
Det är klart för mig att det här är missvisande och missledande eftersom jag inte fått något avtalsbekräftelse eller att det tydligt stod att jag blev medlem i någon klubb när jag köpte piprensarna.”

“I have purchased an item on Sayve.se - just like thousands of other online customers, I was also lured into having them charge my credit card for 129 SEK/ months upon purchase, without noticing that I had given my permission. They basically sneak in subscription agreements while placing orders without the customers noticing.
It is a fraudulent way to do business and it is outrageous because I have never EVER given SAYVE the rights to charge my credit card for this purpose. I only made ONE purchase yet ended up paying x5 more by them charging my credit card each month. I have naturally contacted SAYVE by email upon realizing the scam. They were instinctively referring to their very questionable purchase agreement and refused to help me at all. Most certainly, they must be receiving similar emails from infuriated and confused customers on a regular basis, so they know exactly how to respond.
I felt compelled to warn fellow customers so that they will not fall for the same scam. And I realized I was not alone. Majority of SAYVE-reviewers on Trustpilot expressed similar concerns; Their reviews are no more different than mine, but my review was unjustly reported by SAYVE
The company behind SAYVE are swindlers who do not like being exposed for the frauds that they are.
