“Once subscribed, it’s impossible to cancel. Numerous payments taken out of my account! Perfume I don’t want! I’ve asked for refunds. They just close email saying, ‘resolved’. I want to return the perfume and today’s email says I’ll have to return them at my own expense. So essentially be warned!! You’ll be stuck with this for life! Customer service is the worst I’ve ever experienced”

I am also seeking advice from the ombudsman as I have tried to get this resolved since the beginning of Sept and have even asked for a refund on the last two occasions. You also had the sheer check to email this morning to say the payment for my subscription failed. I will not be paying for future subscriptions until this is resolved.
