“The snap bars are amazing, sweater weather is my favourite, strong smelling and long lasting I can still smell the fragrance the next day, after melting the snap bar. Absolutely brilliant snap bars and will definitely be buying more.”

“Scents at No3 all I can say is everything I have bought has been amazing,such strong scents,I have tried melts and various products from other big sellers but nothing beats scents at No3,loads of choice of scents,long lasting fragrance,quick delivery too,if anyone that hasn't tried scents at No3 please try cause when you do you won't buy else where,100% recommended guys 😀”

So that we can try and help with any issues you are experiencing, we would always hope for our customers to contact us first to give us the opportunity to try and help before feeling the need to leave us a negative review, there are many factors to consider when melting wax which can effect the throw and longevity from the product, the most important thing is to have the correct melt set up, this will then give the same results as hundreds of other customers who have used the same products and left amazing reviews for us, more helpful information can be found on our website.

“I stumbled upon Scents @ No3 recently, and decided to stock up on some of the Festive scents (and at 5 bars for £10, sounds great value!). My order came super quick (only because I couldn't pick up from the post office but all good). I melted the Bubblegum sampler first - it smells so yummy and lasting ages. Can't wait to try out the others. 🤩”

Good Evening Jill, we are sorry you felt the need to leave us a 1 star review without contacting us first regarding the delivery of your order, we have tracked your order using the Royal Mail tracking number which you received from us via email on the 29th of October when we despatched your order, the information Royal Mail have provided states your order was left in the designated safe place which you have agreed with Royal Mail on the 1st of November at 8.57am, you will also be able to see this if you logon to your tracking, a photograph taken by Royal Mail at the time of delivery is also available to view, a card advising of your delivery was also posted. We would have been more than happy to help you with the above information if you had contacted us first before you felt the need to leave us an unfair review.
