They have changed the formula and they are very bland now, I've bought from them for years but alas they no longer sell my favourite black cherry and they don't respond to my emails asking if they will restock. So looking for a new supplier.

Providing excellent customer service and going above and beyond for our customers is something we take great pride in, so it’s important for us to address any concerns you may have. Upon reviewing our email history, I found that we received two emails from you last year—one in April and the other in November—both regarding the Black Cherry scent. We responded to both inquiries at the time and have not received any further correspondence from you since then. As you may recall from our responses, we were experiencing stock issues with that particular fragrance oil due to supply problems with our fragrance house. Unfortunately, at the start of this year, our supplier closed down, which forced us to discontinue the Black Cherry scent once our existing oil supplies were used up. We have tested versions of this scent from other suppliers, but so far, we have not found a replacement that meets the high standards we uphold for our products. In regard to the formula, it remains the same as it always has. Our methods and processes are unchanged. The only recent modifications have been to the packaging and the removal of the coloured dye, neither of which affect the quality or performance of the product. We are truly sorry to hear that you are considering switching suppliers after being with us for so long. However, we understand that customers may sometimes choose to explore other options. We do hope that you’ll return in the future and continue to enjoy the scents you’ve grown to love over the years. Scents wax just doesn’t last long and the black opium one had hardly any aroma at all

Ii bought the candle burner and the glass smashed off the heat within 2 days and I put it in the bin. Really bad quality! The waxes smell lovely tho

Really hate to leave a bad review this is the second time ordering- I’m not sure if you have changed the wax or something but of all the 10 scents I have ordered I have tried a snap out of 5 different scents and the scent throw is none existant? I’ve tried fresh linen- after first burn no smell at all. Vanilla- same as above Bum bum- strong lovely smell at first then disappears Pink tulips- one burn then have to change to get the scent Can’t remember what else I’ve tried but all the same problem unfortunately When snapping a piece off it also fell into two pieces- this is classed as a waxident.

We are sorry to see this review Karen, as you are a returning customer & know the reasons behind your order not being with you are due to the strike action by Royal Mail & them directing it to the wrong sorting office, I just want to clarify the timelines since you placed your order as when working out timeframes, we do it in working days: Order placed on the afternoon of the 24th of November We were unable to dispatch on Friday 25th November due to Royal Mail strikes & no collections Order was collected around 4pm when normal service resumed on Monday 28th Unfortunately, Royal Mail directed it to the wrong sorting depot however did acknowledge this straight away & redirected it Wednesday 30th & Thursday 1st Royal Mail were striking again As I have just outlined in an email to you, your parcel has actually only been in the system for 2 working days due to the disruptions, it's a shame you didn't save the review invitation until you had received your order then you could have reviewed the products, not the service from Royal Mail which now, reflects poorly on us as a business & the service we provide to our customers

We can see your order contained a selection of our best-selling scents which receive 5* reviews time & time again, making them our best sellers. Please visit the customer care section on our website which offers some great advice on melt setups & the environment our wax is being melted in, if you follow these guidelines you will achieve the same results as hundreds of other happy customers, thank you for trying us.

Hi, We can see you ordered the perfume/Aftershave and Bestsellers bags. It seems strange that you have had such a different experience as so many others receiving the same products. If you wanted to check out our customer care section it may help you achieve the same results.

We are sorry our products have not met your expectations, we do advertise that our wax cups on average last between 16 & 24 hours therefore if yours have lasted 2 days they have actually lasted longer than advertised, we apologise if you was expecting more from them

We are sorry you have left us a 1 star review without contacting us first to discuss any issues you may be experiencing with our wax, Baby powder is one of our best sellers therefore it would be strange for you to achieve different results to hundreds of other customers, the likely cause for any scent throw issues will be the set up being used,we would be happy to offer advise via email if you would like to contact us, alternatively you can find information on our website which offers advise on melt set up’s to use for the best results

Good Evening Jill, we are sorry you felt the need to leave us a 1 star review without contacting us first regarding the delivery of your order, we have tracked your order using the Royal Mail tracking number which you received from us via email on the 29th of October when we despatched your order, the information Royal Mail have provided states your order was left in the designated safe place which you have agreed with Royal Mail on the 1st of November at 8.57am, you will also be able to see this if you logon to your tracking, a photograph taken by Royal Mail at the time of delivery is also available to view, a card advising of your delivery was also posted. We would have been more than happy to help you with the above information if you had contacted us first before you felt the need to leave us an unfair review.

Smelled amazing when I opened the box however left disappointed when burning them. They don't release much scent at all. I bought 10 bars and have tried at least half of them.

Bought the snap bars and the first one I tried was Love Potion which appears to have no scent whatsoever. Could only smell it when got right up close to the melter!! Very disappointed Smells nice in the packet but nothing to smell when melting!!
