“I ordered the Powdered scent for rugs and carpets for the 2nd time. Love the smell, nice and fresh. Ordered the room sprays for the first time again lovely frangrance. Only down side the bottles are on the small side.”

“They have changed the formula and they are very bland now, I've bought from them for years but alas they no longer sell my favourite black cherry and they don't respond to my emails asking if they will restock. So looking for a new supplier.”

Thank you for taking the time to leave your review. We truly appreciate your feedback and your loyalty over the years. Providing excellent customer service and going above and beyond for our customers is something we take great pride in, so it’s important for us to address any concerns you may have. Upon reviewing our email history, I found that we received two emails from you last year—one in April and the other in November—both regarding the Black Cherry scent. We responded to both inquiries at the time and have not received any further correspondence from you since then. As you may recall from our responses, we were experiencing stock issues with that particular fragrance oil due to supply problems with our fragrance house. Unfortunately, at the start of this year, our supplier closed down, which forced us to discontinue the Black Cherry scent once our existing oil supplies were used up. We have tested versions of this scent from other suppliers, but so far, we have not found a replacement that meets the high standards we uphold for our products. In regard to the formula, it remains the same as it always has. Our methods and processes are unchanged. The only recent modifications have been to the packaging and the removal of the coloured dye, neither of which affect the quality or performance of the product. We are truly sorry to hear that you are considering switching suppliers after being with us for so long. However, we understand that customers may sometimes choose to explore other options. We do hope that you’ll return in the future and continue to enjoy the scents you’ve grown to love over the years. Once again, thank you for your feedback, and we wish you the best in your search for new fragrances. We’re always here if you need us!

“Scents wax just doesn’t last long and the black opium one had hardly any aroma at all”

“sadly they don't work in my scentsy warmers. They need to be at a warmer temperature to be able to smell them so i can't really use them as you can't smell anytning”

Our wax is specifically formulated for use in standard wax burners that reach higher temperatures than those designed for Scentsy products. Scentsy warmers are tailored for their own wax, which has a lower melting point, meaning other waxes may not fully melt or release their fragrance properly in them. Both we and Scentsy have thoroughly detailed this information on our respective websites. We clearly outline that branded warmers are specifically designed for use with their own wax, which melts at a lower temperature. Because of this, other types of wax, like ours, may not perform optimally in these type of warmers. Similarly, Scentsy also advises against using non-Scentsy wax in their warmers for the same reasons. This guidance is intended to help customers select the right products for the best experience. To get the most out of our wax, we recommend using a wax burner designed for standard wax melts, as these will reach the optimal temperature needed for our wax to melt evenly and release its full fragrance. Many of our customers enjoy the rich scent throw when the wax is used in a suitable setup, and we believe you would have a much better experience with the right wax burner.
