“Out of the 5 I ordered only 3 smelt like the dupes”

“I am pleased with my scents but was sent an email saying I qualified for a free gift and it would be automatically added to my order, but it wasn't, 😞”

Hi Julie the offer you are referring to was offered to all customers who ordered on Sunday 20th March as this was the first day of spring when all orderes placed on this day received a free spring snap bar, after checking your order history I can see that your order was placed on Monday 21st March @ 11.16 am, we are pleased you are happy with the scents however you would have needed to order the day before to qualify for the free gift

“Unfortunately out of the five bars of melts there was only one i could smell strongly and that was white dove. A little disappointed.”

Thank you Carolyn for taking the time to leave a review, we are sorry our scents weren’t for you, if you are struggling with the strength of our melts we would advise to adjust the amount of wax you use in your burner until you find the correct scent throw for you

We are not quite sure how long not long is, however due to in-house testing and the amount of positive feedback we receive from customers, we are confident the scent will last on average up to 16 hours when used in a suitable warmer. More like information is available on our website should you wish to achieve the same results as many others.
