We are sorry to hear how disappointed you are with our scents, we can only presume, the set up you are using is not quite right for you to be achieving these results which is contradictory to other reviews we have been receiving from customers who would have purchased the same scents from the same batches as yours, our website contains a lot of useful information which you may find helpful for you to achieve the same results as thousands of other happy customers

Thank you, Linda, for taking the time to leave your review, I can see you have mentioned a snap bar named fresh cut daisy, this is not one of our scents, we do have a scent called daisy for which you ordered in the wax cups not bars, we can only presume you have us mixed up with another company, it's great to hear you are loving our Exotic Eastern Garden 😊

“I have been getting my wax melts for some time now from here and I can honestly they are the best I have ever had I have bought from others but there not a touch on scents at no3 not had one that I have not liked and I always get compliments on how nice my home smells thank you scents at no3 for making my home smell nice x”

We are sorry to be reading this Graham, we can see you ordered 2 wax cups, one being Cosy Winter Nights which is one of our best sellers & one of our favourites which constantly used at home, Christmas Tree is another which has been extremely popular this Christmas, we can only presume if you are not smelling anything you need to look at the set up you are using, as you can see your results are very contradictory to other reviews received today all of who would have received the same scents & batches as yours, the only difference being the set up's they are using, it may be worth taking a look at the information we have on our website regarding scent throw as this will help you achieve the same results from our wax.

We are sorry to read this Pauline, we can only presume that you are using the wrong set up for our wax to be achieving these results as your results are very contradictory to other reviews received today, we use the maximum amount of fragrance oil in our wax that we are legally allowed & by constantly testing our wax we know it would not give the results of non-scented wax, for the results you are achieving we can only presume if using an electric melter the wattage is too low or if a tealight melter too bigger tealight or a small melter is being used, we do have some in depth information on our website which will help you to rectify the results you have been getting for a more positive melting experience.
