“I was expecting the melts to let off a bit stronger lasting smell -although the ones I have used so far smell nice , but not a strong as expected”

“I have ordered wax melts from 6 companies...yours is by far the best as yet...could do with abit stronger scent as I like them real strong if you could recommend any stronger ones I could try.. that would be great”

“Usually don’t have any issues to be fair but I thought I’d be adventurous and try the 20 pots for £20 (same scents I usually have) and I’m slightly underwhelmed. I currently have two of Diamond on in different burners and can barely smell anything; whereas with the snap bars I can put one on and get 2 sometimes 3 strong burns out of it. Don’t think I’ll do the pots again but highly recommend the snap bars.”

Hi, Thankyou for your review and positive comments regarding our snap bars. Sorry our wax cups were not for you but to clarify all cups are made out of the same wax and fragrance oils from the same batch mix as the bars.

We are pleased to see you have been happy with our melts, however, we just want to clarify a couple of points you have made with regards to our shipping service for which we always receive amazing comments from our customers. We only charge our customers what Royal Mail charge ourselves for a fully tracked service, we are sorry that we are not in a position to subsidise this for our customers. The time-frames you have given: Your first order was placed on a Friday & was shipped on Monday (we are closed over the weekend) you received this 2 days later on Thursday Your second order was placed on Good Friday (we were closed for the Easter weekend & reopened on Tuesday) your order was shipped on the Tuesday on our first day back We apologise you were not happy with this service however we feel we have given exceptional service given the weekend times that you ordered & that the despatch times we delivered exceeded our estimations set out on the website.
