“My fiancée and I purchased a kitchen in grey and fuschia for our new home and when it was finally delivered one of the colours had a matt finish instead of high gloss as we requested. We brought it to their attention but to no avail. Their customer service only works with a push and even then it is not satisfactory. They denied making the mistake about the glossy finish on their form and we are stuck with a kitchen finish we did not order. The installation process was disastrous, and they left their rubbish behind for days.
Also, be aware that they sneak shelves and drawers where you don't need nor asked, to pump up the price. They charge you the full price ahead of the installation so you don't have a bargaining chip when things go wrong. My advice is stay away from this dishonest business.”
