“Was so disappointed at the poor quality and size. I have 2 schoffels one is a fleece size12 and is gorgeous and the other one is a body warmer size 14 and fabulous. Could not believe the poor quality of this one and I am in the process of returning and to get a refund but I need to send it registered post and will probably be out of pocket. Not happy ???????”

“I can not rate Schoffel as I have not received the jacket ordered, as it has obviously been delivered and signed for at the wrong address. !! I trust that the replacement item will reach me tomorrow, or will that be misplaced by the delivery company too ? Not good enough, I suggest you change your delivery firm as the are dishonest or incompetent”
