“I am most impressed by the service I received. I returned one jacket,which was a bit tight on Tuesday and got a replacement by Thursday morning That was excellent service. I like my jacket a lot too I have only one reservation. The picture in the catalogue made Juniper appear like blue / purple when it is actually more like brown Nevertheless the service was excellent”

“The shirt I bought is an excellent colour but I am disappointed that the sleeves at about 1 inch longer than my previous Schoffel shirts. They have gone from being an excellent fit to acceptable. If your different styles have different sleeve lengths then you need to make this clear.”
