“i am delighted with the soft and comfortable reversible merino and cashmere gilet which I have bought from you for my husband. Your service was superb, when I phoned up to order a second size to make sure that my husband could choose the one best for him the girl I spoke to was very helpful and patient and I was delighted to receive both sizes the next day with free delivery. “I bought a crew neck jumper and the quality is really excellent. It is a great fit and beautifully made. The wool is just that bit thicker than the usual these days which makes all the difference - I'm looking forward to it keeping me warm on those cold Decmber and January days when out shooting.”

“I bought a mens Snipe shooting coat directly but had some queries to answer first. When i called them, the support person was extremely responsive and helpful and called me back quickly with arm length details and availability. This was an important call because it lead to me ordering a size smaller than i thought and which has proved to be the correct size. The coat arrived quickly, was well packaged and is perfect for me. Schoffel is clearly a professional company selling very fine quality clothing and who put customer service forward as a priority. Well done!”
