Up to recently I have been very pleased with your products. I have just returned a Melton Fleece to you order number SC113988. I have written to you on your helpline. Nobody has written back to apologise for a poorly designed fleece. I am normally a size 10. I ordered a 12. The sleeve is so tight under the arm it was very uncomfortable and nothing I felt I wanted to wear.

Very excited when gilet arrived only to find that it is 3-4” longer than the last one. Also the fabric feels thinner and less good quality than previously. As it is ridiculously long i will be returning the item. We checked the product with a local store who said the length has been an issue for them this season. Rather sad as the last one was fabulous.

Bought two shirts the same size but unfortunately your size controls don’t seem to work as both labels read 17.5 one fitted the other was 3 sizes too big. Very poor Schoffel

Parcel force is utterly useless. Gives no ETA and will not drop off at local Post Office as parcel too large! Size chart is pretty useless. It cost me £8+ to return a wrong sized one. No wonder Schoffel does not offer free return postage as they would be bankrupt! Best to go on the website of a retailer they supply. The gilet, when it FINALLY arrived, is superb.

The quality is great but the sizing doesn’t work for us - please do smaller sizes for men’s and women’s clothing. Please add a women’s size 6 for coats for those of us who are shorter/smaller. Thanks!

My husband gave this yo me after I commented how nice it looked in s picture at Gleneagles, I was thrilled, until I put it on. The fabric is odd, it’s too boxy, and the collar is too high and digs in under the chin even when it’s undone . It was intended for shooting but the arm holes are too small and restricts movement, I have other schoffel gilets and they fit so much better, needs a serious rethink and as he bought it direct we have to pay to return it !! Will never buy direct again v v poor.

Expensive item, Schoffel charged for postage and then I had to pay to return gilet at a cost of £8. The 22 size ordered would not have fitted a size 12. Disappointed in what I thought was a quality company.

Selected "Next Day delivery" and also paid extra for the service, only for the product to turn up a week after placing the order.

The delivery was very prompt, but the sizing seemed wrong i.e. I had previously bought a size 12 for my wife and this was a size 14 for her mother, but it was too tight for my wife. My wife's size 12 bought only this year, has also come apart at the seam between the collar and the body, which suggests poor workmanship. I had to return the size 14 and ask for a replacement size 16

I've had a Marlborough Fleece Jacket for around 9 months now and while it looks very smart, and it is incredibly comfortable, I do not feel that the quality has been as high as my previous Schoffel purchases. Despite only seeing light wear, the knitted/textured outer material is covered in bobbles and loose threads and looks, quite frankly, tatty. I'm very disappointed with this purchase as my other Schoffel fleeces have worn very well.

Returned a coat for replacement, as it’s too small, on the 5th December. It was signed for on the 6th. I rang to make sure that they had it and to ask when the replacement would be sent. I was told to expect an email on the 7th. Still waiting for news.

Ordered and paid for Next Day Delivery on Friday and still no sign of it arriving. Wouldn't have paid extra if I had known that next day delivery doesn't actually mean 'next day delivery' slightly misleading.

Well I have two Cottesmore fleece jackets size 42 which are ample size , I have received today a size 44 new fleece same style but this fits more like a 40 When comparing dimensions the new Cottesmore 44 is much smaller than the 42 If I go up to a 46 the sleeves are going to be dragging on the floor Answers please
