“My name is Karen Millen, Finance Manager for the Trust. I have received an email addressed to Maria who left our school nearly 2 years ago. Maria was a finance assistant who never used Scholarpack. The only documents that should be sent to my email address are invoices. Anything else regarding Scholarpack should be sent to the school Office Manager. Karen Millen Finance & Development Manager Genesis Education Trust”

Hi Karen, thanks for sharing your feedback, and sorry for the mix-up here. We have now amended the contact details on our records to make sure the office manager is our main point of contact moving forward.

“Demonstration was rushed as there was a late start due the fact that we were expecting on site training and the trainer was expecting to deliver off site training even though I spoken to the trainer and arranged on site training Questions could not be answered. Follow up questions via email not answered or solved. Questions asked before the training were not answered either I feel that the package is sold to schools and then after care is very poor. Would I recommend the training?? No”
