Getting a new sofa as a massive decision for me that I’ve been kind of thinking about for a decade. My old much loved sofa was probably the best part of 100 years old and I’ve had it re-covered many times. The challenge was to find a sofa of that old-fashioned quality without paying obscene prices.
Then I found out about Schplendid. They’re the real deal - exactly as it says on the cover. The entire process from beginning to end was incredible: hugely responsive to any questions I had and the product arrived incredibly quickly.
The sofa is unbelievably comfortable and feels far higher quality than the price point. The colour I went for (green martini) has such an elegance to it.

“This might well be the sofa company we have all been waiting for, great designs, old school manufacturing techniques and materials, supremely comfortable, reasonable leadtimes and really good customer service, proper white glove delivery, took the legs off and refitted to get into the right location, steamed the fabric and took away all the packaging. Our Schplendid sofa was about 50% less expensive than the Makers equivalent, comfier and delivered in 5 weeks instead of 16 ! was looking to add a BUT for a well rounded review, but there isnt one to add, congratulations.”
