I ordered a pair of sketchers and after paying realised my discount hadn't gone on. After a live chat with Schuh they said they would refund once the shoes were dispatched. My shoes were delivered at 5.50pm and refund was in my account by 7pm. Excellent service. Will definitely order from them again

I did receive the wrong trainers in the right box but I am giving 5 stars as the problem in the shop was sorted out so well and I even got a phone call as well from schu.I ordered online and payed with PayPal.I got a cash refund.

Customer care staff were very attentive, proactive and friendly. Shop stocks wide range of fun, affordable shoes which are a bit quirky and different from other more predictable and generic high street brands. Liked fact you could return unworn shoes for full refund within a year.
