“ At the door I found a warm welcome, inside the crowded shop I was quickly attended to, and then, because of difficulties, I was offered an order and later collection service at no extra cost, then given an encouraging farewell after a subsequent on time accurate delivery. At least four staff made me feel I was a valued customer but Natasha was especially helpful. I recommend everyone change to this shoe shop for future purchases. ”

My shoes were delivered at 5.50pm and refund was in my account by 7pm. Excellent service. Will definitely order from them again ”
