“When I returned the wheelchair there was no one there to receive it. I had to just trust you guys got it. You did confirm you got it, but I have gone to your station other rental times and had to search for some one to help me. That is my only critique. Otherwise, you guys are great.”
“as the scooter was required at several different hotels, on the whole, the service was good, except for the last hotel where the scooter was delivered to the wrong hotel and took ver to arrive when it had been found eventually. Nobody listens, except Bernic who was excellent and she gets 10 out of 10.”
“We ordered a wheelchair but rented a scooter. It was the first for my 84 year old mother who had not driven anything. After a few minutes she felt comfortable. It took us a while but it was worth every penny . The cruise has a lot to traverse and although it wasn’t the easiest to navigate we managed well once I figured out that the elevators are the hardest to navigate. Would I do it again—yes I would. Thank you for suggesting the scooter. We had a blast .”

“Rented for a cruise. The scooters were in our room when we arrived on the ship. We left them on the ship when we left the ship. Easy and quick to order. Very good equipment with chargers. Wouldn't hesitate to rent them again
